Online
Make sure you’re logged into your account, with the same email you used when signing up for Canva Club. Add items to your cart, and any applicable rewards will show up automatically. Apply your reward and check out with your discount applied.
Applying your points online is a great option, because with online orders, there is no minimum spend to use your points. Please note – if you use your points to place an online order, you will need to pick up the order yourself. If you send someone else to pick it up, you won’t be able to use your points.
In Store
When you arrive, check in at the front desk using the phone number tied to your Canvas Club profile. Any purchases you make will automatically count toward your points balance. Just give it up to 24 hours for the points to appear in your account. Easy as that!

Points can be used within a one-year period. Your points will be available as long as you shop with us within a 180-day window. If you go longer than six months without a purchase, your balance resets to zero.
