Signing up is easy and FREE! To join, download our app on either Google or Apple and follow the steps for creating an account. Make sure to turn on push notifications in the app to view your points and get full access to your rewards and member benefits. Plus, you’ll get a reward in the app for a PENNY PREROLL just for turning on push notifications. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the penny preroll reward to display in your account after opting in to push notifications.

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent, every time you shop at any The Artist Tree location either in store or online! Just make sure to use the same phone number and/or email and name that you used when you set up your account in The Artist Tree app account when checking in at any of our stores or shopping online. Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you make a purchase.

To redeem the Penny Preroll and New Customer 2nd Visit Bonus Offer, simply show your reward in the app in store to your guide, and tap redeem at checkout to redeem in store.

To redeem online orders:

1. Make sure you’re logged into your Jane account.
2. Add items to your card. All applicable Canvas Club Rewards offers will automatically display in your cart.
3. Apply your offer to see your discounted order and proceed with checking out.

Yes! You can use your rewards offers on products already discounted as part of our regular Daily Deals up to 50% off on top brands. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or storewide discounts unless otherwise noted.

Unless otherwise noted, your points will expire 90 days after your last purchase. This means your points won’t expire unless you stop shopping with us for 90 or more days. If you lapse 90 or more days, your points balance will reset to zero, and you will no longer have access to rewards.

You can easily make changes to your contact information and more by going to your profile settings in the app. This is also where you can update your communication settings and opt into push notifications. Please note, in order to view your points and have access to your rewards and other program benefits, you must be opted in to either text and/or email and push notifications.

Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you make a purchase in store or online at any The Artist Tree location. If you are still missing points, it’s likely that the same phone number or email that was used when you created your account in The Artist Tree app was not used when checking out at the store or online.
