I am a Salvadoran photographer born and raised in Mid-City, Los Angeles. I dedicate my love and practice to photography and sculptural work. My projects have allowed me to connect with my family history, roles, and inner world with nostalgic warmth and strength, helping me move forward. I love photographing my music scene, family background, and streets, and creating fine art environments in my work. I also explore the dark nature of grief, dwelling on the everlasting love that transcends it, and finding peace during life-altering moments. It is essential for me to strike a balance between solitude and community. Befriending my shadow, connecting with myself through my photo expression, and inviting personal moments, as we are never alone.
